The Star Plus show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has recently generated significant buzz in the entertainment world due to the news of the leap. Speculation has focused on Shakti Arora’s (Ishaan) departure, along with rumours that Bhavika Sharma (Savi) is quitting.
However, in a discussion with the Free Press Journal, Bhavika, aka Savi clarified that the rumours are untrue and she is not leaving the show.
Reports even suggested a disagreement between Bhavika and the production team, which was thought to be the reason for her potential exit. Addressing these rumours, Bhavika explained, ”No, this is wrong, aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. We had a conversation and a discussion on a very good note, nothing of this sort has happened yet.”
Bhavika admitted to feeling some nervousness about the audience’s reaction to the show after the leap. She acknowledged that Ishvi had already established a dedicated fanbase. Despite this, she remains hopeful and positive about the future. She believes that just as the audience eventually accepted the original cast, they will also embrace the new cast. Bhavika emphasised that this gradual acceptance is a normal part of working in television.
Discussing the upcoming storyline, Bhavika mentioned, ”Obviously, a new chapter of Savi’s life is going to be explored. A new journey will begin, I cannot reveal much as of now and for that I would like the viewers to keep watching Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.”
If reports are accurate, the storyline of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin may conclude with the Bhosale family’s death, along with Savi and Ishaan’s tragic demise in a bomb blast.
