Our source informs us, ‘Last season was anchored by Hussain, but the makers are looking for a fresh face this year. Shalin has been a top choice as while he may not have hosted reality shows before, he is spontaneous and lively, which was a top requirement for the makers.’
Shalin Bhanot is currently in Romania filming for Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, while auditions for Indian Idol have recently commenced. However, the show is expected to begin in September.
