Just for those who might not know, she portrayed the character of Mahabhasma Pari in Baal Veer, using her dark powers to wreak havoc in Parilok, the fairy realm. This marked her debut in a negative role on TV. In an earlier chat with NDTV, the Kasautii Zindagii Kay star shared, “This is the first time that I will be seen in a negative role. I like to experiment with different roles and the character of mahabhasma pari seemed interesting.”
Shweta mentioned that her character possessed distinctive evil abilities, capable of manipulating minds and compelling individuals to obey her commands. The character’s attire added a special touch, giving her a unique edge, and Shweta thoroughly relished every aspect of portraying this role.
Speaking of Baal Veer, it aired on SAB TV. The show featured the superhero Baal Veer as the protector and savior of Parilok, battling against Mahabhasma Pari to safeguard the other fairies and their realms.
