Ami Trivedi, the talented actress who portrays the character of Manjiri in Star Plus’ renowned show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,’ has been a character that has garnered both immense love and occasional trolling throughout her journey on the show. In a previous conversation with us, Ami candidly shared her experiences and delved into her remarkable journey within the series. The actress also addressed the trolls and how there are certain aspects of Manjiri’s character that do not resonate with her in real life.
Recently, Ami concluded her shooting for the show, and she graciously shared with us what she will miss the most about playing Manjiri and being a part of the show. Ami expressed, “Honestly, I will miss everything. I was telling Rajan ji, I had messaged Rajan ji some time ago about how the show came into my life at a time when I was eager to return to work and engage in something that would allow me to balance my personal life as well. I was also portraying a character of immense significance on the show. This role checked all the boxes for me. It’s a substantial show, a legacy show, backed by a great production house, and airs on a respected channel. It’s an excellent role in every aspect. So, this character holds a special place in my heart. Mera emotional hona bhi hogaya hai (chuckles). I shed my share of tears, but I wholeheartedly wish the best to DKP, Star Plus, and the entire cast of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.’ It’s my show and will always remain my show. Hopefully, I’ll return with something equally remarkable.”
