Determined to reunite with her daughter by Janmashtami, Anupama arranges a meeting at the temple, hoping the festive crowd will shield them from Megha. The long-awaited reunion of Anuj, Anupama, and Aadhya finally takes place, but their happiness is short-lived as Megha launches a brutal attack on Anupama.
After Anupama is stabbed, Toshu decides not to wait for an ambulance and quickly opts to drive her to the hospital instead. Anuj, holding Anupama in his arms, is accompanied by a tearful Aadhya. As they hurry to the hospital, Anuj urges Toshu to drive as fast as possible. In the car, Aadhya desperately pleads with Anupama to wake up, expressing that she can’t imagine life without her and needs her more than ever.
