In tonight’s Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) firmly advises Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) against contacting Yashdeep again, leading to Vanraj’s ire. Hasmukh reprimands Vanraj for his behaviour. Anupama extends an apology to Yashdeep, while Biji urges her to concentrate on her upcoming competition. Yashdeep offers Anupama words of encouragement as she prepares for the event. Meanwhile, Hasmukh intervenes and urges Vanraj to stop bothering Anupama. Despite opposition, Vanraj resolves to involve the police regarding Titu and expresses his determination to reclaim Ansh.
During the semi-final round of the competition, the judges announce that only three contestants will progress. Anupama remains determined to excel. Anuj attends to Shruti’s needs, who expresses her fears and desire to marry. Anuj reassures her, reminding her to focus on recovery first. He receives a reminder about Anupama’s competition. Elsewhere, the judges praise the contenders for their impressive dishes. Biji frets over Anupama’s performance while the judges instruct the contestants to select their ingredients.
Anupama gets disqualified:
Vanraj confides in Leela about his intentions, emphasising his desire to secure a future for Dimple and Ansh. Anupama and the other contestants choose their ingredients, with Biji commending Anupama’s organisational skills. As the cooking commences, a mishap occurs in the studio. Anupama recalls Shruti’s shooting incident and faints.
Upon regaining consciousness, Anupama learns about her disqualification and seeks solace from Biji and Yashdeep. Biji rationalises that the situation was beyond Anupama’s control, urging Yashdeep to allow Anupama to grieve. Toshu’s callous reaction to Anupama’s disqualification angers Kinjal, who defends her mother. Paritosh reveals plans to send Anupama back to India, prompting Kinjal to urge him to prioritise his own life.
Meanwhile, Aadhya tends to Shruti as Anuj receives the shocking news of Anupama’s disqualification and worries about her well-being. Anuj is further distressed when he learns of Aadhya’s recurring panic attacks.
