Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Rajat vows to Mrunmayi that the culprit will be held accountable

Tonight’s Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode commences with an electrifying performance by singer Shaan at Savi (Bhavika Sharma) and Rajat’s (Hitesh Bhardwaj) engagement, captivating everyone present. The atmosphere buzzes with excitement as Shaan gets the entire gathering on their feet, dancing to his music.

The Thakkar and Bhosle families express their heartfelt gratitude to Shaan. Bhagyashree, curious about Shaan’s presence, inquires how he happened to be there. Shaan reveals that this place holds sentimental value for him as it was the site of his very first performance. Noticing the tension caused by a power outage, he decided to step in and lift everyone’s spirits. After extending his best wishes to Savi and Rajat, Shaan mentions other commitments and departs. Savi, however, casts a suspicious look at Rajat.

Rajat brings Aman to the function:
Rajat informs his family that he has a small task to attend to and leaves abruptly, disregarding Urmila’s attempts to stop him. Urmila, concerned, comments to her husband about Savi’s unfortunate luck, but he quickly dismisses her negativity. The Bhosale and Thakkar families become anxious over Rajat’s sudden absence. Harini confronts Rajat’s family, questioning why Rajat’s actions are causing such embarrassment. Just then, Lucky arrives and announces that Rajat has returned, easing the tension in the room.

Aman makes an unexpected appearance at the engagement, shocking Mrunmayi and the Bhosales. Savi, visibly upset, challenges Rajat, demanding to know why Aman, who was involved in Mrunmayi’s ordeal, is at their engagement. She declares that she will call off the engagement if Rajat breaks his promise to hold Mrunmayi’s assailant accountable.

Rajat’s promise for Mrumayi:
Rajat reassures Savi that Aman is innocent, explaining that the real perpetrator has been apprehended by the police, leading to Aman’s release. Feeling remorseful for doubting Aman, Mrunmayi starts to relax, while Lucky secretly celebrates the success of his plan. Rajat promises Mrunmayi that, like a sister, he will always stand by her and ensure the real culprit faces justice. He then asks Mrunmayi for permission for Aman to stay at the engagement. Aman, addressing the Bhosale family, insists on leaving if they are unable to forgive him. However, Shantanu intervenes, allowing Aman to remain at the function. Rajat’s family is relieved and grateful to Shantanu.

As the engagement continues, the Thakkar family questions Rajat about his sudden disappearance and late return. Aman discloses that Rajat had fallen asleep in his car, and Aman had to bring him back to the venue. Rithi teases Rajat, thanking Aman for his timely rescue, but Bhagyashree quickly stops her, reminding her not to mock her brother. Bhagyashree then directs Savi and Rajat to sit for the Goldhana ritual, which they do, feeding each other as per tradition.

Rajat forgets his engagement ring:
The pandit announces the completion of the Goldhana ritual, signalling the exchange of rings as the next step. Tara, upon seeing the ring chosen by Savi’s family, comments on its lack of diamonds, provoking a sharp response from Raju, who defends the ring’s significance. Shantanu supports Raju’s sentiments.

The family then urges Rajat to place the ring on Savi’s finger. However, when Rajat checks his pocket, he realises he has forgotten the engagement ring. Bhagyashree offers a solution, suggesting Rajat use her engagement ring instead. Harini seizes the opportunity to taunt the Thakkar family, reminding them of their earlier claims about Rajat bringing a diamond ring, while Tara adds her own remarks. Savi reassures Bhagyashree that there’s no need for her ring and that she would be fine even without one. This leads to a brief argument between Savi and Rajat, but Rajat eventually assures everyone that he has a ring after all.

Precap for the next episode:
