Jay Soni who essays the character of Abhinav in Star Plus’s popular show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ is being loved by the viewers of the show for his stint opposite Pranali Rathod. Well, sometime back, news of Jay quitting the show started surfacing on the internet.
India Forums got in touch with Jay to confirm the same and the actor rubbished these rumours. He further said, ”I do not know where these rumours are coming from. Nothing as such has been communicated to me yet. I am not going anywhere as of now and I am very much a part of the show. Why will my character end when people are loving it so much? It is a baseless rumour, As of now, nothing as such is happening.”
Jay, who essays the character of Abhinav in the show is being loved for the simplicity of his character. The actor entered the show post leap sometime back and has been paired opposite Pranali Rathod who essays the character of Akshara in the show.
The current track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around a custody battle for Abhir between Abhimanyu and Akshara. The audience of the show has been hooked on to the show because of the high voltage drama and the show has managed to be on the top of the TRP charts.
