We exclusively reported about actor Rohit Purohit bagging the show as the male lead of the show. We also had earlier informed about actress Celesti Bairagey being considered to play the female lead in the show. However, we later reported about Bairagey backing out of the show, citing personal reasons. Since then, the makers have been on the lookout for an apt face to play the female lead in the show.
And the makers’ search has finally come to an end. Sources tell us that actress Krutika Desai has been finalized to play the female lead in the show. Krutika has impressed the viewers with her stint in shows like ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2’, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ among others. She was last seen in Sony SAB’s show ‘Dhruv Tara’ in a cameo role.
