Pratik Sehajpal on his latest music video ‘Tum Kab Aaoge’, and not having expectations; says, “I don’t have any expectations from any project that I do; I just give my 100%.”
Pratik Sehajpal, who was recently seen in the thriller series ‘Aakhri Sach’ opposite Tamannaah Bhatia, continues to be a fan favourite. The actor is back, and this time with a music video titled ‘Tum Kab Aaoge’ sung by Rahul Vaidya. Pratik opens up on what the experience shooting the video has been like, and also shares a little about his music preferences!
About why he decided to part of the video and where it was shot, Pratik shares, “Tum Kab Aaoge was shot in Palghar which is very close to the Gujarat border. I really liked the audio, and Rahul Vaidya sings the song, so I thought I should do it.”
Describing the music video and song, Pratik says rather than a sad song, it is more romantic, “I won’t say it is a sad song, because the director’s intention was not to make a sad song, as there are a lot of sad songs. It is supposed to be a romantic song. It is a song where you are missing your partner who has left you.”
Ask him if he thinks this song will be another hit of Rahul Vaidya’s and he says, “Rahul Vaidya has sung many good songs, and he has earned a good name in the industry. He is a great singer, so I am sure everyone has worked hard together. And the viewers will like this song.”
Sharing if there are any surprise elements for fans in the song and Pratik says, “I am in the video and that itself is the surprise element. I would really want my Pratik Fam to tell me what they found surprising. I am very excited for all my work.”
Pratik also shares an interesting memory from the shooting of the music video, “We were shooting near the water, so it was really fun to shoot at that location. It was not a natural water body but because of the rain, there was so much water that it was looking like a river stream. It was very hot and we were wearing hoodies, and due to that we were sweating profusely. We were shooting in the fake rain for the actual sequence. But apart from that, it was actually raining, which we needed for these scenes.”
After being a part of many music videos and different type of songs, Pratik shares what he prefers listening to, “Sometimes I really like to listen to romantic songs, and sometimes I feel like listening to sad songs, sometimes upbeat, pop songs. So I like to listen to all songs similar to the kinds of music I have been part of. And it also depends on my mood.”
About the expectations he has for this music video, Pratik shares he does not believe in having expectations, and just focuses on working hard. “I don’t have any expectations from any project that I do, I just give my 100%. And God does what he wants.”
Since its release, ‘Tum Kab Aaoge’ has already received much appreciation and love from the audience, and we are sure Pratik Sehajpal’s fans cannot wait to see what he is going to do next!
