Actress Sara Khan, who rose to fame with her show Bidaai, says that she was not mature enough to handle fame when she received it. This led to her making many mistakes.
“When I was very young and gained fame, I did not fully grasp the situation and made incorrect decisions regarding unnecessary spending. I never allowed anyone to guide me, but now I have gained valuable experiences that have helped me understand the importance of money and relationships. I have been fortunate in life and with the support of my family, pursuing opportunities has become easier for me. This is because I do not come from a background in the film industry,” she says.
Ask her what she would like to advise newcomers today, and she says, “The only advice that I would like to give to the newcomers is it is important to listen to your elders and occasionally seek their guidance. They are not always wrong. Prioritise quality advice. I strongly believe in luck and that anything is possible with hard work and positive thinking. However, I do not believe in simply waiting for luck to come to me so hard work, a really positive attitude and being determined is the key to success.”
