Nia Sharma, known for her role in “Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai,” is all set to return to television after a four-year break. Nia, who last appeared in “Naagin 4,” is set to star in a new supernatural series called “Suhaagan Chudail.”
Today, Nia shared a video on her social media confirming that she has started shooting for the show. She began her work on “Suhaagan Chudail” on the auspicious day of Ram Navmi. In her video post, she wrote, “Shubh Din…. Shubh Beginnings!!” and tagged the production company Peninsula Pictures and the network Colors TV.
“Suhaagan Chudail” will be Nia Sharma’s second venture into the supernatural genre, as she previously participated in the “Naagin” series.
There were earlier speculations that Shehzada Dhami from “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” might join the show as the male lead. However, Zayn Ibad Khan, known for his role in “Aashiqana,” was ultimately chosen for the role.
