YRKKH: Abhir does not like Manjiri’s behaviour towards Akshara and gets angry, Akshara clears her law exams

The episode begins with Ruhi witnessing a heated argument between Akshu and Manjiri. Aarohi intervenes and asks Akshu to leave. Akshu explains that she brought Abhir’s school shoes because he gets blisters from new shoes. Mahima suggests buying new shoes instead, but Akshu insists on using the old ones to avoid discomfort for Abhir. Manjiri remarks that initially, it’s challenging for anyone, but if Akshu stops coming here, Abhir can be happy. Ruhi walks away, and Manjiri urges her to leave as well.

Meanwhile, Surekha scolds Muskaan, but Manish intervenes, asking them to resolve the matter. Dadi emphasizes that Muskaan is their daughter-in-law and, in times of worry, she must shoulder the responsibility. Muskaan stops Kairav, and Abhinav thinks that only Akshu could have defended her, but wonders where she is.

Aarohi takes the shoes from Akshu, who expresses gratitude. Aarohi assures Akshu that she will take care of Abhir. Akshu leaves while the song “Tut ke…” plays. Abhir puts on the new shoes and immediately starts screaming in pain. Akshu hears him and stops, while Ruhi tells him that Aunt Akshu came to give him the shoes and Grandma scolded her. Abhir excitedly runs to see his mother. Akshu, in distress, notices her dress stuck in the door and frantically searches for Abhir before leaving. Abhir comes running and calls out for his mother. Manjiri worries, and Muskaan blames herself for being preoccupied with Abhir, expressing concern that she might not be able to take care of the family. Neela consoles her, suggesting that everyone makes mistakes, and it’s essential to learn from them and move forward. Muskaan spots Kairav and ends the call. She tells him to get ready for work and assures him that not everyone is always right, emphasizing that they are not perfect but perfect for each other.

Akshu goes outside, and Abhi returns home, asking if she’s hurt and questioning her lack of focus. Akshu breaks down in tears, and Abhi inquires about what happened during her visit with Abhir. Akshu replies that nothing new occurred; it’s all the same as before. Abhi asks if his mother said anything, to which Akshu responds that a mother can do anything for her children, but not every mother has that right to protect her children. He reminds her that Maa has lost Neil and asks if she apologized to her. Akshu accuses him of driving Abhir away, expressing fear that Abhir will stay with him and become like him. Abhi argues that Abhir is already like him since he is his father, and he asks Akshu to consider his perspective. Akshu retorts that she has already looked into his world, but he won’t understand her fear. She then leaves.

Manjiri embraces Abhir, who questions her about Akshu’s departure and criticizes her for scolding his mother, asserting that no one can scold his mother. Abhir states that everyone in the family is nice and loves him, and he reciprocates that love, which is why he came to stay. He warns that he will get angry and stop loving anyone who says anything against his mother. Abhi becomes concerned.

Abhir refuses to wear the new school uniform and declares that he won’t go to school. Abhi steps in and holds his ears, apologizing and attributing the mistake to Manjiri, clarifying that Akshu only got the shoes for Abhir. He assures Abhir that they will go to school and get the shoes he wants. Abhi helps Abhir put on the shoes, feeling a sense of fulfillment as he prepares his son for school. Abhir mentions that his mother would be sad.

Meanwhile, Akshu receives a call from Abhinav, and Surekha instructs Muskaan to fetch water, but then hesitates, worrying about potential accidents. Muskaan assures her that she will be careful, but Surekha remains cautious, not wanting any mistakes. Akshu arrives home and admits that it was her mistake; she left the stove on while being lost in her thoughts. Surekha insists that Muskaan should not be lied to in order to cover up her mistakes, adding that they would suffer if Muskaan were to make a significant error. Akshu insists that it was her fault, but Abhinav supports Surekha’s right to scold Muskaan. Akshu expresses her disdain for the word “right” and passionately argues that Surekha is unjustly scolding Muskaan, whereas she is seen as a daughter while Muskaan is treated as a daughter-in-law.

She highlights the problem of differentiation between daughters and daughters-in-law, stressing that they are an educated family and should have considered others’ feelings before hurting them. Manish agrees with Akshu, emphasizing that education doesn’t necessarily change one’s mindset, and they have mistakenly assumed that they are superior. Dadi admits that she broke her promise to Neela, who wanted Muskaan to be treated as a daughter. She apologizes to Muskaan, recalling a similar incident during Naira’s time. Muskaan forgives her and they share a hug. Surekha thinks that they will regret their behavior later. Kairav thanks Akshu for her support.

Manjiri wonders how Abhir will accept the new relationships if Akshu keeps meeting him. Abhi argues that Akshu is Abhir’s mother, and Manjiri quotes Abhir’s words against Akshu. Abhi asserts that as Manjiri’s grandson, Abhir would feel that his parents are not welcome, and questions what’s wrong if Abhir writes Sharma Ji’s name. Manjiri accuses him of finding her wrong. Ruhi interrupts and asks Abhi for help. Abhir enters and announces that they have to go to school. Abhi and Ruhi reveal a surprise—a “Good Luck” board for Abhir. Abhir holds the balloons and the board, and Abhi takes a picture.

Precap: Abhinav informs everyone that Akshu passed the exam, and Kairav mentions that Akshu has become a lawyer. Abhir happily exclaims that his mumma passed the exam. Akshu prays, and Abhi brings Abhir home. Akshu runs and opens her arms for Abhir, but he hesitates.
