“I feel it is a publicity stunt”, says Aashna, Aishwarya’s best friend on guy claiming past relationship

Bigg Boss 17 has been in the headlines even before the season began. The new season came with a new concept of making couples enter. Among them, one notable couple is Aishwarya Sharma and Neil Bhatt, known for their roles in ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.’ Recently, a guy claimed to have had a past relationship with Aishwarya, causing quite a stir in the media. In an exclusive conversation with India Forums, Aishwarya’s best friend of seven years, Aashna Kishore, gives insight into this guy’s claim and Aashna’s perspective on Vicky and Neil’s phone call conversation before entering the show.

There’s a guy who has come out claiming his relationship with Aishwarya in the past. What’s your take on this? Do you feel this is a publicity stunt?

I feel it is a publicity stunt. I have known Aishwarya for seven years; she has been my best friend. We have been together for seven years and literally spent 24 hours with each other, so I have never heard of any person like that before. I would like to ask who doesn’t want to be part of Bigg Boss or who doesn’t want to come into the limelight. So I think the same is going on, and I feel it’s better we don’t talk about this or give value to it.

In today’s PROMO, we can see Salman Khan berating Vicky and Neil, as Vicky called him before entering the show, and Neil has accepted in the recent episode. Well, do you think the banter between them is staged?

It is not staged. I was informed about Vicky’s call to Neil, and at that time, nothing was discussed; rather, Neil said we would see it, as far as I know. Talking about whether it’s staged or not, Neil’s reaction or Aishwarya’s reaction, I would like to say that how they look on television, they are exactly the same in real life as well; be it their arguments or love, they are the same. So, I don’t think this is staged; this is coming out all naturally.

Stay tuned for further updates.
